IMPLEMENTED PROJECT

TIP-TOPOL is carrying out a project entitled "Promotion of the NEOTEC brand on international markets to strengthen its position in the automotive industry" under Sub-measure 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – Go to Brand as part of the Smart Growth Operational Programme. The company takes part in the Automotive and Aviation Parts Promotion Programme.

The subject of the promotion will be various types of air springs (bellows) sold under the NEOTEC private label.

The following activities are planned as part of the project:

  1. participation as an exhibitor in six trade fairs:
    1. MIMS Automechanika (Moscow 2017 and 2019),
    2. Automechanika Shanghai (Shanghai 2018),
    3. AAPEX ( Las Vegas 2019),
    4. Automec (Sao Paulo 2019),
    5. Automechanika (Frankfurt 2018);
  2. purchase of a consulting service to prepare for entry into prospective markets in connection with participation as an exhibitor at a trade fair held in Shanghai;
  3. purchase of a consulting service to prepare for entry into prospective markets in connection with participation as an exhibitor at a trade fair held in Shanghai;
  4. purchase of a training service on the internationalisation of an entrepreneur in connection with participation as an exhibitor at a trade fair held in Shanghai;
  5. individual economic mission to Russia on the occasion of a trade fair visit as a visitor at Comtrans 2017 (Moscow).

The aim of the project is to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing contractors, as well as to expand into new markets. The company plans to strengthen its position in the European market and to expand into non-European markets. As a result, sales of air springs in international markets are expected to increase in the coming years.

TIP-TOPOL implemented the project entitled "Significant change in the production process of air bellows at TIP-TOPOL to strengthen the competitiveness of key areas of the region's economy" in 2016-2017 as part of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.

As part of the project, the company carried out the following activities:

  1. construction of two production and storage facilities,
  2. purchase of fixed assets:
    1. production and storage equipment,
    2. labolatory and research equipment,
  3. purchase of intangible assets.

The project will deliver the following results:

  • increase in employment,
  • introduction of process innovations,
  • introduction of product innovations,
  • introduction of non-technological innovations – including organisational and marketing innovations.
