TIP-TOPOL has well equipped research laboratories aimed at full control of quality parameters of all rubber and rubber-fabric materials being part of a bellow. Subject to detailed inspection and testing are also metal and plastic components that make up the finished product.
The strict requirements in terms of durability of the product's rubber part are confirmed by internal fatigue tests and resistance to weather conditions.
A very important task of the R & D Department is not only to provide the customer with highest quality products but also to provide our customers with technical support. We also learn lessons about quality of our bellows from the tests of our products on commercial vehicles at our customers, i.e. in public transport depots and in private transport companies.
Regular inspections of production processes, product re-qualifications, raw material and component testing ensure one of the best quality results on the market. The R & D department also includes a range of new designs based on inquiries from the OE and AM market.
All design work is based on the APQP system and procedures compliant with ISO TS 16949: 2009 Technical Specification. What is equally important, they are created on the basis of the "LCA" pro-ecological production system.
