We would like to inform you about the following processing principles implemented in TIP-TOPOL company. In addition, depending on the area of cooperation with you, we process data as follows:

  •     The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body

If you find violations on the part of TIP-TOPOL Sp. z o.o., as to the security of data processing, it is possible to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. The current address of the supervisory body is: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

In order for your data to be protected properly, we use an internal security policy. Our employees are adequately trained in the protection of personal data and they act within the authorization granted to them for the purposes of data processing. At TIP-TOPOL, technical protection of servers and computers is implemented by using passwords. We use backups. Cooperation between our company and business entities is regulated by appropriate legal provisions. The company uses fire protection. Your data are not processed outside the EEA.

Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR, Art. 22 (1) of the Labour Code. Your personal data as indicated in Art. 22 (1) of the Labour Code, are processed based on the above-mentioned provision. Providing these data is a statutory and necessary requirement for the purpose of recruitment. You are obliged to provide them and the consequence of failure to do so will be the inability to participate in recruitment. Other personal data (e.g. image, interests) are processed on the basis of your voluntary consent and their administration does not affect the possibility of participation in recruitment.

Personal data will not be made available to entities other than those authorized by law.

In our marketing activities, we use technologies that use elements of profiling people such as:

Automatic systems sending e-mail information about the products being viewed, they connect the Internet users with their address creating their profiles. If the user leaves the shopping cart or browses specific products, an email is sent automatically with the products that the user viewed. 
Systems for displaying ads to users, profiled on the basis of age, place of residence, work or interests, as well as subpages viewed on our websites (Facebook and Google AdWords). As a result, we are able to display better-targeted ads for our products and services. 


COOKIES
We use cookies on our websites. They enable better site performance. Thanks to them, we save information about products in the user's basket so that they can go back to them, banner ads that they have been watching, in order not to display them again, and reduce the page loading time. Cookies allow us also access to statistics of websites, thanks to which we can develop websites to make them more useful to the user. 


FACEBOOK
We would also like to inform you that we are a co-author of our fanpage on facebook.com. With the help of the filters shared with us, we define the criteria of the category of people, and these data are used by Facebook in its marketing activities, the purpose of which is to persuade Facebook users to visit our profile. We receive visitor statistics in an anonymous form, and Facebook uses cookies installed on the devices of people visiting the website. We would like to inform you that cookies are also processed by people visiting our fanpage who are not Facebook users.
