1988

Establishment of TIP-TOPOL

On September 8, two engineers Mr. Witold Borucki and Mr. Wiesław Ziółkowski established TIP-TOPOL company which launched its activities in automotive industry.
1990

Start of air spring manufacturing

Launching the production of air springs for Ikarus buses, the popular at that time. While this type of air spring is still manufactured, the Company has launched production of over 600 types of air springs for commercial vehicles suspension, for truck seats and cabs, exporting its products to 60 countries worldwide.
1993

Exclusive distribution rights of REMA TIP-TOP

TIP-TOPOL became an exclusive polish distributor of the biggest global manufacturer TIP TOP Stahlgruber, of tyre repair materials. REMA TIP-TOP company, as this is the company’s name today, is one of the main suppliers of TIP-TOPOL, which currently collaborates with 200 other suppliers from all over the world.
1996

Launching the production of balance weights

In order to meet market requirements, the company launched the production of clip-on weights for balancing wheels in passenger cars and commercial vehicles. These products constitute today one of the main product groups offered both in Poland and abroad.
1999

First commercial branch in Chełm

Upon opening the first commercial branch in Chełm, Lublin Province the company started developing its distribution network. Cooperated with customers in Poland and the neighboring countries.
2002

Production in Polska Wieś

In order to starting development our products we moved our manufacturing operation to refurbished facilities in Polska Wieś near Pobiedziska.
2008

Creating NEOTEC brand

Due to dynamic the development of sales of air spring for vehicle suspension the Company introduced the Neotec brand. In addition to Neotec brand, the Company is also manufactures at air spring for several global private labels.
2009

Establishing a Technical and Sales Support Team

Because of the sales potential of workshop equipment, the company decided to recruit a group of technical and of sales advisors. Due to that decision TIP-TOPOL entered a new sales channel, mechanical workshops. That move resulted in over 50% increase in the workshop equipment sales in the next year.
2012

Implementing ISO TS16949:2008

Operating in the automotive industry, the company made a next big step and implemented certified management system that compliance with ISO TS16949:2008 standard. Acquiring this certificate enabling TIP-TOPOL cooperating with well-known truck manufacturers over the world. Moreover the company management system follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard.
2015

Changing the distribution system

After 15 years of van saleing the company decided to change its distribution system. From that point our orders have been delivered from the central warehouse covering 400mkw. Every day hundred of packages leave the new warehouse reaching customers all over the country. Due to that ground breaking change customers gained access to 5,000 products within 24 hours.
2017

Expansion of the air springs plant

After two years of construction and investment the company completed the largest project in its history which was a milestone in the development of air spring production. Thanks to this undertaking, the company introduced state-of-art technological solutions and doubled its production capacity.
2019

Hercules own brand

Hercules®, introduced in 2019, is another private label from TIP-TOPOL, this time dedicated to the industrial sector.
Drum linings, cleaning systems, rubber plates, seals or ceramic linings, all branded with the Hercules® mark, are a response to market demand, as well as an assurance of trouble-free operation.
Our goal in launching the brand was based on the creation of a comprehensive industrial offer at an attractive price and with the highest quality of product workmanship.

2019

Establishment of the PGM commercial brand

Five Polish automotive parts manufacturers, including TIP-TOPOL, have initiated the establishment of PGM Automotive and the joint trade brand “PGM.” The other partners, namely PZL SĘDZISZÓW S.A., FA KROSNO S.A., ZAP SZNAJDER BATTERIEN S.A., and PELMET Sp.J., are strong players in the automotive market.
The establishment of PGM Automotive is an undertaking aimed at promoting Polish manufacturers of automotive parts and accessories in foreign markets. These activities are to lead to the creation of a maximally wide offer under the PGM brand and the creation of a strong brand promoting Polish quality in the international arena.
 

2021

Changing the logotype

After more than 30 years, we have changed our company logo. The new mark is meant to emphasize our automotive character through a dynamic layout. The logo was joined by a signet: two letters T contained in a red circle. The colors from our corporate identity have also changed: red remains, and navy blue is included.

2023

INVENTO over 150 products

The company's own brand of workshop equipment includes more than 150 products from weights manufactured at our plant in Polska Wies to valves, consumables and workshop tools and equipment. INVENTO products are a wide range, tailored to the needs of vulcanization services.
